Wonderful Hotel Experience

The loft suite was well set up. It, that was lovely! All the staff were cute and accommodating. I booked a spa experience, and it was perfect. Attentive staff worked there. I enjoyed having a few drinks in a hot tub after using the sauna. That was relaxing.

The gym was in a mess. Dirty towels were everywhere. Plastic bags were on the floor. I think the toilet needed cleaning!

I dined in the River Room restaurant. I had a delicious meal. Service was fast, attentive, and friendly. I enjoyed a drink out on the terrace after my meal.

Underwhelming Stay at Riverside Hotel

The room I booked didn't quite live up to expectations. The advertised view was partially obstructed by some rather overgrown shrubbery. Plus, the promised air conditioning seemed to be more of a suggestion than a functional amenity. It barely made a dent in the room's temperature. The worn-out furniture didn't exactly scream 'luxury getaway', either.

the location of the hotel is fine. it is next to the river leven. i saw a path at the car park, it takes you to lakeside windermere pier, this allows you to catch a boat up lake windermere!
